I contacted Vrbo/flatguest to cancel my stay due to a medical emergency back home. I reached out to explain my situation two days before the start of my stay, but according to the rules, the cancellation was not possible, so I had to leave it as that. I hope to get some documentation of my attempt to cancel and denial, at this time I have not received any documentation beyond a copy of the payment.
