Was a disaster! Miss information on booking site. Upon arrival was ask to pay full amount when partial payment was already collected.
I was disputing amounts with front desk staff members and was taking a bit of time to settled in. I paid full amount but made them aware that would double check with booking site. We checked in, then was given bracelets to access other facilities with amenities like jacuzzi and relaxing areas.
1. The areas were off site and since weather was cold we were hoping to enjoy some relaxing time in the hot water. Very disappointed to find out that it wasn’t as we were told.
Weren’t allowed and jacuzzi was not in service.
Photos and information on site when booking is NOT at all what it should be.
We spent about a few hours to try for them to accommodate but was unsuccessful. We had to cancel to find lodge.
I reached out to the billing site to explain our situation.
Expedia advised that hotel should of not collect full payment and only remaining balance. Rep explained that was unacceptable.
A young female staff member at on of the facilities caca Rubi was hostile and did not provide any customer service. She was arrogant. We had to waste half of day just to get re-lodge.
Was stressful and annoying
