Living space
The living area is built for relaxing. Sink into ample seating in front of a 65` Samsung TV with streaming services and cable/satellite access. High-speed Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace mean you can stay connected if needed - but the indoor fireplace and ceiling fan set the tone for something more leisurely. Central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, a genuine perk in a beach community where climate control isn`t always a given.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom fits a king bed alongside a dresser and TV - a calm, restful space to recharge after a day out. The living room sofa converts to a full bed, giving the unit a comfortable reach for up to four guests.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is well set up for home cooking, with a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A coffee maker and wine glasses are on hand for slower mornings or evening wind-downs. Pull up to the dining table for meals, coffee, or mapping out the next day`s plans.

Bathroom and essentials
The bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, an iron, hangers, and clothing storage to keep things tidy throughout your stay.

Outdoor and shared spaces
Step out to the shared patio deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - a natural gathering spot as the afternoon winds down. A backyard adds extra open-air space, and beach access is just nearby. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are available for your outings, so you can head straight to the sand without the hassle of packing up gear.

Downstairs shared laundry is available, and the unit includes free parking on premises as well as free street parking - the garage accommodates one compact or midsize vehicle (9 ft wide, 20 ft long). A Pack `n Play/Travel crib is on hand for families (bring your own playard sheet).
