Overall the property is beautiful with a beautiful view. Marek was superb and very responsive. Very nice having beach chairs and umbrellas provided that we drove to San Clemente Beach. Loved having many bathrooms and bedrooms. Lots of towels and beach towels was nice. Lots of kitchen space for cooking and hanging out. Although, the floors throughout the house were extremely dirty on arrival. Our socks were constantly black from dirt and after a toy went under the couch we noticed a ton of dirt and wrappers. It was not beach accessible at this time of year which was very disappointing. Due to beach construction the beeping trucks all day everyday were annoying. it is a beautiful home otherwise, and we had a good time.

The home was as advertised in pictures however did not have AC as described to have. Main area was comfortable but bedrooms were humid and stagnant. Properly was moderately clean but floors were dusty and fans they expected us to use were full of dust as well. Space was good views amazing! Hot tub malfunction while there but it was addressed in a timely fashion

Great stay in San Clemente

The house was great, views were excellent, plenty of room. Property management was great at our walk through and responsive to the few needs we had. We didn’t realize there was no A/C but didn’t need it. Would book again.

Best Rental Home

We stayed at this house and celebrated a small wedding with friends and family. Everything was just perfect. Marek the property manager was very attentive and always ready to help us with anything we needed. The house was very very clean ( cleaning staff does an amazing job) .The house is just beautiful pictures don’t do it justice, the view is breathtaking. We did a small wedding ceremony with the ocean views , we couldn’t have asked for more. We are planning on coming back and staying in this house again next year. Marek thank you for being amazing !

Magnificent Abode

All aspects of confirmations from initial booking through our last night stay was exceptional. Communication with management leading up to & including arrival was without delay. Sadly, due to a management health emergency, we had the rare opportunity for one-on-one communication with the owner who immediately took care of every issue we had operating the pool & hot tub & made every effort to ensure the great experience that we all had staying here; in the perfect location & within walking distance to Ole Hanson Beach Club for our son's wedding. Thank You all very much for your help, cooperation and persistence.You deserve the 5 stars, keep up the good work, and we look forward to visiting again. DAW

amazing property

overall property was amazing. The views and size and layout of house better than expected. For the price we paid however, I would have expected a few more things. We were given only a single roll of papertowels for the 5 nights we were staying. People who rent this value of home are not stealing your papertowels. We had to call the property manager to get a couple more kitchen towels as they gave us two. The quality of towels for each room were very disappointing and again only 2 per room so ended up doing laundry often. There were 2 washer/dryers so that was not a problem. Again, one single shampoo and conditioner per bathroom and a tiny bar of soap. Really? The most upsetting about the property was the dirtiness of the tile floor. We were told on the walk through, that the top floor, since it was wood, needed to be barefoot. Thats not a problem, as we do the same at our own homes. But after walking around, we had black feet and black socks. The tile needs to be professionally cleaned. The refrigerator where you get water had mold under the drain, and our cloth after washing around the sink was black. I understand the house is big and a lot to clean, however, we expect it to be clean as our own homes which it was not. Besides that, the house was so roomy and the views from the patio were amazing. We were in town for my daughters wedding at Ole Hanson. This house was perfect for that. So close and we could see down to the venue as they were setting it up on Friday

Great house

Amazing house with amazing views. Only downside is that it is a bit of a process to actually get to the beach. It's a short walk to the stairs/rocks leading to the beach, but they could be problematic if you have any physical limitations or if you have small children in tow. The view from the patio is stunning. Beautiful sunset view also

We stayed at this property which overlooked the venue The Ole Hansen for my sons wedding. The views were amazing and sleeping with the windows open listening to the waves crash was the best I’ve slept in years. This was my far one of the best staycations I’ve had in So Cal. Simply the best!

Exceeded our expectations!

Our family got together for our family reunion after covid. Finding a place for 6 adults, 3 adult children, and 3 children was a challenge. This place was was perfect for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were impressed by the listing, but when we arrived, it exceeded our expectations! This place is not just another rental property, but the owners live here part-time, so it's designed not to just be a rental, but a primary residence. They thought of everything in the design of this house. But the most spectacular of all is the beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking the view of the beach and sunset. Even the view from the master bathroom is incredible. We are a musical family and we used the grand piano all the time. How many rentals have a grand piano? The kitchen is designed to satisfy any chef with everything you can ask for - multiple sinks, multiple ovens, multiple microwaves, outdoor grill, water over stove top. One tip is the top oven warms up slowly, use the lower one instead. There are two WiFi networks in the house. We had two people in our party who had to do work during our stay and they had no issues. There is no AC in the house. But it's not needed here. The cool breeze from the ocean keeps it cool throughout the day. Peter did a great job welcoming us and answering our questions during our stay. We were so fortunate to have been able to stay here and had a memory of a lifetime.

This place is a great place to gather with family and friends. Amazing view and amazing home! The property manager is amazing. We accidently a cell phone after checkout and the property manager shipped my phone out the next day!!

Great view and lots of space

Rented this house for me and my wife and our family of 4 adult children and their partners. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice. Lots to do with the pool table, piano, chess along with ping ping and Cornhole. Spent a lot of time in the spa and pool just laughing and talking and enjoying the view. Big kitchen area with everything needed to cook our meals together. It’s a walk to access the beach which is much lower in elevation so there are a lot of stairs to get back up to the house. But much needed exercise. Peter did a great job at the initial meet for the checkin and explaining everything. Even enjoyed talking to him about traveling to his home country and listening to some of his recommendations for future travel there. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone going to San Clemente.

Awesome home

Everything was great - start to finish. Meeting Peter at the house for check in really helped set us up for a good week. He walked us through every detail of the property and gave us great suggestions for dining out, etc... The house is clean, beautiful, and well equipped with supplies - especially the kitchen. The pool is super nice, hot tub is great, location is perfect (close to everything) and the view is spectacular. We will be back!

Great experience!

We stayed in this home for a week with my parents and our two kids. We had an excellent time! The property managers/owner were very easy to communicate with and were prompt at responding to messages. The house was clean and the view is breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools and the bathrooms had small soaps/shampoo/conditioner which is a nice addition to a rental home. The beds were very comfortable, but the master bed does make noise when turning. We loved the view from the hot tub/patio and chose to grill in more than go out to fully enjoy the space. We found that the closest beach, North Beach, was a little too rocky for our liking and drove a bit north to Laguna or Huntington to have traditional beach days. We did, however, love the beach walking trail and walked the mile (ish) towards the pier and shops almost every morning. Overall, this property met all of our expectations and I would highly recommend a stay!

The view is incredible, and we loved the hot tub looking out over the water. The amenities were also excellent and largely met the needs for our team offsite. Only note is that some of the decor was... somewat inappropriate for a work event. Might also be inappropriate if you are bringing children.

Memorial Day Weekend Respite

Our son is stationed at Camp Pendleton and we wanted to stay someplace that was not far from there but could offer a world away from base for the long holiday weekend. The Villa turned out to be ideal for our family vacation. It allowed our whole family of 6 to stay very comfortably for a terrific weekend. The house is amazing, the views over the Pacific Ocean and out to Dana Point are stunning. The house had everything (and more) - the kitchen is very well appointed. We had plans to dine out but ended up eating in for many of our meals - the patio offers the best setting we could imagine in San Clemente. The management of the house is outstanding - from ease of booking, clarity and thoroughness of communications, to the personal touch by the Property Manager. This was the only time this summer our three sons could be together - staying at the Villa provided a very special, very memorable holiday for us, could not have been more perfect.
