„House very nice though the bathrooms are small and the spiral staircase quite narrow and steep. We enjoyed the open layout, the very cool patios with fire pit, outdoor bathroom and private hot tub area. We did not use the glamping tent. Carey was responsive to our needs even though she was out of town. Thank you for making this special family time relaxing and fun! San Clemente is a great location to have as a hub. „Property is comfortable, spacious and nicely upgraded. Great location, just a quick walk down to the Pier. Downside - communication with the management company, So Cal Villas, was very poor. 24 hours after vacating the property, which we left in stellar, tidy and clean condition, I have had $499 taken out of my bank account, when Marriot from So Cal confirmed that I had paid the rental amount in full.“

„The accommodations were as advertised, comfy beds, nice living space with a good TV. Plenty of beach gear available to borrow, we used chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards for multiple great days at the beach. Easy access to all parts of San Clemente. The view for sunset was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.“

„Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down ...
