« Good location, easy to find & lots of street parking. The property itself was beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Inside was decorated nicely and the layout made good use of smaller size. The flight path was not bothersome to us. The renters upstairs were heavy footed and kids running back and forth but no fault of rental unit owner. Nearby Olive Tree Market has amazing sandwiches. Lots to walk to and shop at near by! »

« Absolutely quant and private! The studio was well thought out and tastefully designed and decorated. Nestled into the heart of this lovely beach town and just minutes to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby that gave it the best feeling. I enjoyed my stay and the host was awesome about helping me with my questions. I will be back! »

« Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). Owner warned us of this before our stay though, and we appreciated that.We did not receive instructions with the code to enter before our arrival (oops)!, so there was a little mix up there, but owner answered our call quickly and...

« Visited the area for a couple of days- easy 10 min walk to the beach- the place provided beach towels, bag, boogie boards… parking was on the street which was a bigger main street but it wasn’t too busy (stayed there Tuesday through Thursday). It was a little stuffy inside but the ceiling fan and standing fan and the window open made it better. There were plates and bowls provided but they weren’t microwaveable. Overall, it was a good place for what we needed! »

« Very clean, modern, perfectly located property. Walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad village, shopping, dining, etc. Quiet, well appointed and great communication without hassles via VRBO app. Great price all things considered compared to a hotel with much better amenities. Would definitely book here again! »

« Great space, perfect for two people. The train wasn’t loud at all and never woke us up in the night so don’t let that discourage you from booking this place! Nice gated courtyard area and easy laundry machines that accept card. I thought the price was great for a spot two blocks away from the beach. Roughly a 25 minute walk to downtown/Oceanside Pier which was perfect for walking off dinners! I definitely recommend this place for a couple:) Thanks Justin for having us! »

« This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again! »
