Other features include soaring ceilings, fire pit, designer touches, open floorplan, attached 2 car garage, A/C, fireplace, washer/dryer, & sleeps 10 (8 adults MAXIMUM).

2ND LEVEL (main living area + deck + 2br + 2ba)
Be wow'd as you enter the main front entry with soaring ceilings nearly 20' high & a bright, spacious open floorplan concept great room. Starting off with the living room that houses a plush sofa, accent chairs, cozy fireplace, 50” SMART TV, & patio glass doors out to a wonderful sun deck with seating.

Adjacent is an expansive wrap around kitchen open to both the dining & living rooms, cabinets galore, granite counters, bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, beautiful ceiling lights, & fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a dining area with seating for 6.

Down the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo). Across is br#2 that includes a Queen sized bed, while further down the hallway is br #1 primary retreat, fully equipped with a King size bed, TV, & ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks & shower.

3RD LEVEL (Loft area + 1ba + 2 decks) *NOTE this is an open loft space
A set of stairs leads you to the 3rd level loft area, a great space for children & includes a twin/full bunk bed bed with a pullout twin trundle. This space also has a full bath (shower), 1 sun deck facing South & a separate North facing deck, both with beautiful blue sky views & outdoor seating.

4TH LEVEL (sky deck)
Off the 3rd level deck is a set of stairs that leads to the flagship 4th level rooftop sky deck... our favorite spot to enjoy sunrises with a cup of coffee & sunsets with a glass of wine! This space includes a fire pit, multiple seating areas, & beautiful panoramic 360 degree ocean + bay + city views… as well as SeaWorld drone shows.

PROPERTY LAYOUT
Beautiful 2-unit property soaring 3 levels in the sky + a 4th level rooftop sky deck. 1 unit is conveniently located on the ground level & the 2nd unit is located on the second & third levels (each unit has its own separate entry & not connected inside). Guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent the entire building for a combined 4br + Loft + 5ba offering that sleeps 16 (12 adults max) as follows:

We are conveniently located in desirable & laid back South Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards & beach chairs!

Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• Water Activities
If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
