Gutes Value Hotel
Das Hotel ist für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. Unser Zimmer war leider relativ dunkel und die Luft feucht. Der Pool war von 4 Tagen 3 sauber, am ersten war er leider voller Fliegen und anderer Insekten. Kleine Poolhandtücher liegen nicht aus und müssen an der Rezeption geholt werden. All in all war das Personal sehr nett und der Service fein.

Honestly its one of the best affordable hotels in this area. It's clean and well maintained. Great job for the people that keep it that way. I enjoyed walking around the garden pathways the flowers make it look beautiful. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Overall stay was great! Called ahead of time for availability for early check in and was able to have a room ready. Easy check in process and front desk workers were very kind and quick! Area was quiet and felt safe, and many things were within distance! Although I didn’t have time for the pool, hot tub or gym amenities, it looked very clean and felt like I was in a resort! The bedroom is the price you pay for! The beds were clean, everything went perfect! One downside which is not the workers fault, are the thin walls. You can hear when someone showers or even talking, but was not a problem for me whatsoever. Will stay again.

Great property at a great price. Located on hotel circle. Took us 5 minutes to Sea World and old town; 10 from Gaslamp and Little Italy. Property is lush with palm trees and gives a Hawaii vibe.

Deplorable room conditions, bed coming off the frame, mattress literally flipped over two toddlers, bed bugs, non working toilet and completely filthy bathrooms and carpets! Switched rooms only to go from bad to worse! No manager on premises! No sleep made possible!

We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Nice pool area. Con was no free breakfast or coffee in lobby and food was very expensive at the cafe. Regular Coffee four dollars. Coffee maker in room, but only given 4 decaf to make, but second day I was able to trade for caffeinated at front desk. Staff was friendly. Didn't feel real safe walking around the grounds due to several homeless people near the entrance and on the road in front of hotel. Was kind of worried about rental car.

We have stayed here in the past. Its location is good with basic rooms that are clean and quiet. Parking was difficult to find after dinner so we had to walk a long distance in the rain to get to our room. Also, there should be a time limit enforced on the only 2 electric vehicle chargers. The same cars were plugged in during our entire stay.

Everything was pretty straightforward. Room was clean and quiet. Walking through the property, my son commented on how it felt like we were in Hawaii with some of the tall lush vegetation on the grounds. I would stay here again.

Rooms outdated! Parking limited. Construction in place. AC does not work. Sheets old and grey! Not bright white sheets. No compliment breakfast! Cafe old and needs update. Nice design of hotel lots of potential but just nothing has been remodeled

Thank you for your comments. We have plenty of parking between each building. Not sure what construction you're mentioning, we don't have construction taking place. We are looking in to upgrades for the hotel for later this year and in to 2025.
