This newly remodeled, one-story home in a quiet Bay Park neighborhood, is the perfect home base for exploring all that San Diego has to offer. Below the deck is a concrete covered patio with access to a storage box with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, and beach toys. Location and Parking:
Conveniently located just off the I-5 and less than a quarter mile from the Balboa Trolly Station. Only 1 mile to Mission Bay, and 2 miles to the beach in PB. There are two parking spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
