The Hotel in general was good.The beds really need an update,it was hard and you can feel the springs and it was noisy.

Check in was not up front with me and put me in a room that was a down grade from what I paid. When I booked the room it said no queens were available and I had to pay the higher price for a king, but they put me in a queen bed anyway. When I complained they gave me the choice to go to a room that literally sounds like a helicopter taking off and vibrating the walls. No discount or apologies. They actually smirked when I asked them why the queen and they looked at each other and smiled then told me I didn’t have any other choice because the King bedroom was the noisy one but didn’t explain it to me when checking in. I felt abused and they treated me ignorantly as if I was a jerk for asking. Also, nothing in the reservation did it mention additional $25 for parking but it did show it if you drill down further to property details. I feel Expedia should disclose parking fees when booking.

The staff (especially the front desk staff) were awesome. They greeted each guest with a friendly smile and their full attention. We were having a family celebration where we were all staying there and they let us visit together in the lobby ( our group was too big to visit in one of our rooms) which has many seating areas. Can't recommend this place enough. Rooms were very nice

Very nice overall. The only thing which didn’t like was the fact… I chose the property as a dog friendly, but in the eating area they only allowed service dog !!!!! Does not make sense, I didn’t try to make a big deal about it , but I wanted others to know it if they intend to dine at the restaurant inside the property!

Was a quick check in process. Everything was accessible (parking, check in, elevator use, etc). The room was beautiful, wide open, and very clean. We felt comfortable and at home in our room. Thank you again!! I always go HILTON when traveling. They never fail to succeed my expectations of being comfortable for a reasonable price.

Upon arrival we were placed in a room that was not clean; dirty towel on the bathroom floor and bed not made. When I was unable to get anyone on the phone, I went down to the desk and they changed our room, but gave us a smaller room. The staff was present enough and the location and rooms were good, just one bad experience.

Front desk is rude, had to request your room to be cleaned the day before you wanted it. The restaurant was great and their staff was excellent.
