Absolute worst experience ever. When I tried to check in the guy in the front told us the tap to pay wasn’t working. I explained to him the chip on my card didn’t work and all I had was Apple Pay. After about an hour of trying to find another way to pay, I asked if we can just try the tap to pay method, and we did, and it was working the whole time. Finally we check in; the room smelled HORRIBLE. Worst hotel room I’ve ever been in, it smelled like mildew and trash. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay in there for more than 10 minutes. I asked if we can get a refund, but was told the manager has to approve it and wouldn’t be there until the next day. So he changed our rooms, (finally a room that doesn’t smell bad). But this point it’s been almost 3 hours of us just trying to check in and relax. And just when we think things couldn’t get any worse, in the morning they shut off the water because they’re having a “plumbing issue” so we couldn’t shower or use the restroom for about an hour. Overall a nightmare of an experience and a waste of our time and money. If I can give negative stars I would. NEVER stay at this hotel!! Avoid it at all costs.
