We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Pacific Paradise! The property is exactly as advertised and the views are absolutely stunning—being in the corner unit with wraparound windows was a game changer.The condo was spotless and worked perfectly for our family of four. With one king bed and two queens, there was more than enough space without needing the pull-out sofa (though I could see it feeling a bit tight if used). The parking spot was very spacious and easy to access, which isn’t always the case in beachfront properties. Laundry isn’t free, but it’s conveniently located, so no complaints there.When they say the beach is “minutes away,” they mean it—our toes were in the sand in about two minutes! Restaurants and shops are close as well (5–15 minute walk), with our favorite being Hideaway for brunch, food, and drinks—just an 8-minute walk away, and we went several times.We were a little nervous about there being no AC, but it turned out to be a non-issue. The weather was in the low 80s during our stay, and with the windows open and fans on, we were always comfortable. In fact, a couple of nights got cool enough that we turned the fans off.The only area that could use improvement is the beach accessories. The chairs really need to be replaced—they’re not true beach chairs and were uncomfortable.
