The front desk clerk was amazing - friendly and helpful. The room was so-so. The sink was seperate from the rest of the bathroom, which makes it disruptive for one person to use it when the other is still asleep. There is also no plug for a nightlight in the toilet area. The room was a bit noisy because of some guests banging on a door and yelling to be let in. There is no option for breakfast within walking distance and no breakfast offered at the hotel. It served its purpose as far as a safe stay, but we would not stay again.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. Their are actually several breakfast restaurants within walking distance. We're sorry to hear our bathroom configuration didn't work for you, but most guests usually leave the bathroom door slightly open to get less light.

The area around the hotel is a bit of a mixed bag, but there are some quality dining options. Front desk staff is exceptional and cleaning crew was thorough. My only request is for slightly larger towels. Thank you for everything!

The rooms are renovated and clean. In rooms: No microwave oven, very small mini fridge. Beds were OK. Sheets were very clean. Hot water pressure very good. WiFi slow. In common area: No ice machine, No coffee in lobby, Narrow parking spots. Expedia lists this property with 3 stars but I believe 2 stars is better match.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. We have coffee in every room, and do have ice makers. We also have plenty of parking in the front and back of the property. The spaces in the back are larger should you need the extra space.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and size of the room! My room faced the pool and it was very quiet at night. Easy parking, easy check in and check out. I stayed here while visiting Napa because it was much cheaper than actually staying in Napa. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The Pleasant Inn was Unpleasant. Acceptable rooms but one of the worst saggy mattresses I have ever experienced. Heating/Cooling system was quite noisy all night and limited my sleeping. Off my list for the future.
