We booked this property because at the time that we booked, it was advertised as a four bedroom home. When we arrived, we realized it only had 3 bedrooms. After we contacted the host about the discrepancy, and we never received a reply. the listing was later changed to reflect 3 bedrooms, which was very concerning.We were also told that check-in instructions would be provided the morning of our stay, but we did not receive anything. I reached out to the host multiple times with no response. We arrived at 3:00 pm, the designated check-in time, and still did not have the access code. After contacting Vrbo customer service, we finally received the check-in instructions at 4:30 pm — an hour and a half late.Overall, the inaccurate listing and lack of communication made for a very frustrating experience.
