Das einzig gute war die Lage vom Hotel. Ansonsten nicht zufriedenstellend. Unser Zimmer würde tagelang nicht gereinigt, wir mussten bei der Rezeption neue Handtücher holen gehen. Das Wlan tat auch nicht wie versprochen. Unsere Zimmerkarte tat auch des Öffteren nicht.

Zimmer OK - Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht - erst wenn man 3 Tage bucht - die Garage kostet mehr als der öffentliche Parkplatz - abzocke - der Gymraum ist excellent

Außen Hui, innen Pfui..
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Anscheinend gibt es ein Kakalakenproblem. Wenn das kein Problem ist, das ist das Hotel einweindfrei. Parken ist unverschämt teuer. 50usd für eine Nacht. 2 Block entfernt gibt es ein Parkhaus wo dies 17usd kostet. Die Lage ist OK. Aber viele Obdachlose.

The Ladies at the front desk were great upon arrival. Very professional very nice. Hotel was very clean. The price was very reasonable. I Have no complaints. Next time I come to San Diego, I will stay here again.

L’hôtel, la propreté, l’emplacement étaient parfaits. Notre voisin de chambre beaucoup moins. J’ai dû descendre à la réception à 2h30 du matin car je n’avais pas encore fermé l’œil tellement c’était bruyant dans la chambre adjacente. Comme la chambre était prépayée avec Expédia, ils n’ont pu procéder au crédit. J’ai eu seulement le stationnement.

From the moment I pulled everyone from the Valet to the front desk worker to the custodial staff were all very friendly and helpful. Then I went to the bar and the bartender was exceptionally friendly, there were probably 10 people in the bar and felt like we had all been freinds for years. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to San Diego

Valet was kind of expensive but around the corner is a parking garage with in and out privileges. Walkable to Gaslamp district. Cute place, clean and quiet. I’d stay here again.

No parking at this property, you have to pay to park and the nightly parking rate is half the price of the nightly room rate. Then when you do pay to park it’s either $42 for the night for Valet or $30 for self parking. Self parking is a mess because it’s limited parking only on the top floors. Everything else on every floor says it’s reserved. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all it’s like she didn’t know anything at all. Oh and when you ask to speak to a manger “they don’t come in until after 2:30pm” when majority of people have already checked out. This will definitely be on my list of properties to never visit again.

Loved how quick and easy check in was, the inside is really nice and accommodating. They have a bar next to the lobby. Vallet parking is the best way to go. Loved the fact we got a room upgrade and a bottle of wine

Poor management. I had called the Bristol hotel specifically regarding the parkkng located at the hotel. My car is a classic and needed to be secure. Host at the front desk confirmed I would be able to park there with no problem. Even checked the height requirements. When I arrive they did it allow me to park there because no one knew how to drive stick. And would not allow me to park it in their garage. I had to park my 67 bronco in another building around the corner. Both front desk clerk didn’t seem to care and just said I’m sorry which is u acceptable. If this was the case I would never booked here. And to top it all all when we had our room service. We found blood on our pillow case which again management didn’t seem to care. Won’t stay here again! Yelp review will have pictures and more details.

Lot's of noises, hair, and no water
I was exhausted and ready to come back to the hotel and just pass out, but I think the lack of carpeting made every noise in and outside of the hotel three times louder, as I wasn't able to sleep at all. You could hear the extremely loud traffic outside, the footsteps of every person walking in the hall ways and in the rooms next door, as well as the doors of other rooms unlocking. There was hair all over my bathroom floor and shower, and I was really disappointed that there wasn't complimentary water given the rate paid for this stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
