Condo 22-4 in El Dorado Ranch

Condo 224 is an elegantly furnished two-level San Felipe Vacation Rental in El Dorado Ranch with wonderful views of the Las Caras de Mexico golf course. The decor is modern-contemporary fusion with beautiful furnishings, faux treated walls, and modern artwork. The great room boasts impressive Cathedral ceilings. A large kitchen with island and stools makes this a great area for entertaining. An open staircase takes you to the 200-square-foot master suite with a big walk-in closet and stunning golf course views. The other two bedrooms on the first level share a covered patio — one has twin beds that can bridge to a king with a private full bath, the other has a queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children under 12) with 6 pool passes only. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:00PM — arrive after 4:00PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit required. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
