Courtyard Union Square
We have spent two nights here and were quite happy. Staff is helpful and room are clean and large. Maybe a little too noisy and we could hear neighbors ? Area isn’t really clean and we didn’t feel safe at night while in streets (like most of streets around Union square) but hotel has security staff to keep doors. However central location makes it easy for tourism, shopping and go out at night for dinner.

Chambre petite, mais propre. Pas de frais d'établissement, alors on aime ça. Situation pratique et près de Union Square, bien que ce ne soit pas les plus beaux environs de San Francisco. Pas de déjeuner, comme pas mal partout au centre-ville (MC Do pas très loin). Pas de navette pour l'aéroport.

i didnt get to stay there because valet didnt come
valet never came to get my car so i sat double parked on the busy street in the rain waiting. i finally went somewhere else. it would be nice to get a refund since i wasted over $200!

Bon souvenir
Très bel hôtel, très beaux espaces communs au rdc, salle de sport bien équipée. Bémol : chambre un peu petite et il faudrait des patères supplémentaires dans la salle de bain. Personnel très sympa, et la vue de la chambre située au 17e étage était fabuleux.

Hotel bien situé dans quartier assez calme . Chambre spacieuse pour 3 nuits . Par contre le petit dejeuner devait etre inclus et l hotel n a pas honore ce service . Pour un hotel de cette categorie je trouve ca un peu lamentable . Car c etait un de nos critere de reservation . Donc faites bien attention lors de vos reservations .

Reasonable hotel for the price. Older building that is clean but without the charm of old classic hotels. Staff service was good. The area around the hotel needs to be cleaned up as there are many homeless folks walking around.

Lots of poop
The hotel was clean and the location is not great. Lots of poop on the street abd the neighbooring hotel had lots of cops 50% of the time were there. Very insecure at night. Staff was friendly but the location was horrible.

Good location for a weekend trip!
Hotel was nice and in a good location where you can walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. For any other tourist attractions you need to catch public transit or Uber/Lyft. The only “negative” aspect of our stay was that the bathtub would clogged. Front desk was nice and allowed us to check in early and store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

The location of this property is not ideal. The area is very rough. Sirens drove past regularly and kept us up at night. The rooms are on the smaller side. We had 2 rooms both with double beds. The bathrooms are tiny with no counter space. They were also dirty and looked worn. Due to the area it smelled immediately after steeping out onto the sidewalk. Would not recommend and the surrounding area isn’t very safe.

Someone walked into my room at 9 am and woke me up even with the DND sign in the door. Hotel staff did not much care when I mentioned it. Super unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable there.

No info given of nearby Restaurant, the hotel Restaurant was closed the entire time there. No, information given for WiFi, WiFi available was unsecured my Norton security would not allow me to use the unsecured WiFi. Our stay was very nice, clean room, we had a beautiful view of the city.
