Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! »

Philippe welcomed me at the apartment building, showed me around, and provided me with some food for my first days. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them. « By my mistake, we booked this property for 2 people vs. 3 required as my daughter was staying with us for 2 of the 4 nights. We discovered the error when we arrived. For a room rented for a little more than $200 a night, we were charged an incremental $75 for 4 nights for two sheets, a pillow, and a towel that were only used for 2 of the 4 nights. « We were scheduled to arrive in Geneva on May 9 so I contacted the owner for check in instructions. Instead, a few minutes later, I received a cancellation from him. This left me scrambling to find a new place to stay at the last minute. This is very unprofessional. Most places have to be approved before they are rented out. I was not able to find a place in Geneva, but had to get a place an hour away, which was a great inconvenience. »
