The only good thing about this property was a front desk receptionist James. He was friendly, accommodating, and nice. However, the hotel is right by the freeway, we checked in our room and it was dirty with bedding from previous guests, dirty towels, and trash. Mr. James had arranged to get the room cleaned, but when we came to room late at night, and I pulled the bedcover, the sheets looked like someone slept on them. It was terrible. In the middle of the night the alarm would go off. And the other lady at reception is grumpy, did not even look at my husband when he was checking out, and only printed the receipt when he asked for it. Will never stay there again.

The room was fine but the bed was not comfortable. It was very noisy all night on the freeway side. Also although the hotel claims it has breakfast included. breakfast consisted of coffee and prepackaged breakfast bars. Very disappointing. Staff was adequate at best

I was surprised with how close this property was close to everything we needed: restaurants and shopping. We were here for a volleyball weekend. I would have like more pillows for our one bed, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Pleasantly surprised. Front Staff was professional, personable, and quick to check us in, and check out was easy as pie. Night time check-in is a problem
They apparently don't have a nighttime front desk clerk. The person who gave me my key did not check me all the way in, which meant that I could not get Wi-Fi. I had to spend 15 minutes talking to tech support from the ISP in order to get Wi-Fi turned on. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or hand lotion in the room. A sign said that shampoo was available from the front desk.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the facility where my husband had a medical (dental) procedure done. The room was passably clean and a basic accommodation. We had no interaction w/staff except check-in and requesting additional towels (since there is no free housekeeping unless the stay is 7 days or longer). We may have to stay here again in the near future.

冷蔵庫と電子レンジはあるが、お皿、フォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、カップもないので部屋で食べたい場合は予め買っておくか、Uber でも使うしかありません。近くに飲食店はないです。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていた。お風呂の水はけは悪い、トイレは詰まる、ベッドは柔らかすぎる。シャンプーも置いていなかったのでフロントまで取りに行かなければならなかった。枕が3個あったのは良かった。2階の中庭向きの部屋は静かでした。フロントのスタッフはまあまあ感じ良かった。でもまた泊まりたいとは言えないです。
