Das Hotel is gut gelegen, ist aber sehr alt und müsste mal renoviert werden. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir Probleme mit der Dusche worauf wir ohne Probleme ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Für den günstigen Preis den wir bezahlt haben war es völlig ok. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend zum schlafen. Für 3 Nächte ist es in ordnung einen Hotelurlaub würde ich jetzt dort nicht machen aber für das reine Schlafen und um die Stadt zu erkunden ist es gut. Alle wichtigen sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zufuss zu erreichen.Ja es ist etwas hellhörig aber noch in ordnung. Ich würde es wieder besuchen für einen Kurztripp.

Das Personal war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung allerdings ist das Gebäude auch sehr „hellhörig“. Die Ausstattung ist auch nicht die allerneueste aber zum schlafen und für die kurze Zeit die man im Zimmer verbringt ist alles total ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral zur Straßenbahn und zum BART sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gegend scheint auch sicher zu sein (ich habe mich nie unsicher gefühlt).

Right at the entrance of china town. Small but comfortable rooms. No breakfast options. Parking is 10 min walking distance. Friendly staff.

Die Lage war fantastisch da alles zu Fuß erreichbar war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer in gutem Zustand Die Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht ausschalten und lärmte die ganze Nacht weswegen ich nicht richtig schlafen konnte

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Man hat das Gefühl, man liegt auf einem Brett. Außerdem war es sehr kalt. Als wir abends eincheckten, mussten wir in ein eiskaltes Zimmer. Anscheinend wurde vergessen, die Fenster zu schließen... Die Schubladen konnten wir leider auch nicht benutzen, da die dreckig und verklebt waren... Das einzig Positive war die gute Lage! Ich würde kein zweites Mal dort übernachten!

Concerning the room temperature situation, there is a wall radiator in the room that heats the room when it reaches a certain temperature or we can arrange the portable heater if you need it. Also, we offer the mattress pads if you feel the mattress is on the firm side. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und das Hotel liegt sehr zentral (5 Minuten zum Union Square) und ist auch vom Flughafen aus sehr gut mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung entspricht amerikanischen Verhältnissen, aber das Zimmer war sauber.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht Zum Teil sehr vertanzter Zustand, welcher auf den Bildern so nicht zu erkennen war. Z.B. Der Lack der klobrille löste sich, was aus hygienischer Sicht eine Zumutung ist. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man das in diesem Zustand lassen kann?! Das Zimmer war sehr klein

Staff were very friendly and professional but felt like my Asian family. :) The lobby, hallways and my room were clean, shelves a little dusty. They changed my bedding and towels every other day. NO ROOM MICROWAVE OR MINI FRIDGE. You’ll need to go downstairs to a basement to heat food. Bring napkins and tupperware. Rooms have carpet. I stayed about 4-5 days. The tv is small. Very basic cable and with fuzzy static. I was also given a portable heater as it’s chilly at night and early mornings. About a 1/2 mi walk to Montgomery BART. This is Chinatown the area gets quiet and ghosted after 8pm. Lots of cash only and extra fees (use of atm cards, foods orders over $25) at the restaurants. I stayed 4-5 days.

Great proximity to Chinatown and Downtown SF. Room was smaller than expected but has the essentials you need. Some spots on the floor were squeaky but otherwise, place was kept relatively clean. I believe there is 24-hour staff at the front desk and excellent customer service.

Good bang for the buck hotel. Right in the heart of Chinatown, there's lots to see and do within walking distance. Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is clean. My only complaint would be that the bed are not super comfortable
