„Unit did not feel like it was in great condition overall and rather disappointing, but it had everything we needed and was genuinely quite functional. Beds were just mattresses on the floor and blinds were broken in some spots with no curtains to block the blinding morning sun. „With 4 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms, and a spare, this house worked beautifully for 4 over 40 friends in town for an event! Tim is communicative, and was so very accommodating to us. The house is tucked in a cute neighborhood, and is really quiet (if you're like me, and are sensitive to street sounds). It has 2 rooms downstairs, which was great for one of our members who had torn her meniscus 2 days before we came to town. Hopefully we can come back for next year!“

„This property was in a cute, safe neighborhood, across from a church. There were restaurants and lots of bubble tea in the nearby area, about 2 miles from Old Pasadena. Inside the house was almost as described. I was disappointed to find only 1 queen bed and the futon was only a mattress on the floor. I don’t think 4 people could sleep here.
