„The communal swimming pool which belongs to the enclosure of weekend homes and has a playground next to it was the main attraction for my kids - two of three learned swimming there. The Location is very nice, very rural, with a nice view on Lake Garlate but you need a car and need time to get to the nice areas of Lake Como. „This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family.“

„The property was very nice and the check in process was easy. It would be good to have a car because Uber and car share services do not work in Varenna. The taxi service is a little sporadic and expensive. The train station is a long walk as is town. The view was great with plenty of space. I would rent here again but only if i had a car“

„Loved it and can’t wait to return! The view is gorgeous—amazing sunsets and, in the morning, Varenna is lit up by the sun. The patio is also right next to an old waterfall/fountain ruin type of thing that is lit up at night and it’s stunning. „Antonio was a totally lovely host. He took us for a ride yo show us where to find stores and restaurants and then gave us lots of information about hiking, which was our interest. We enjoyed a warm night’s dinner on the patio. The home was very clean and great for 2 individuals or 2 couples.“

„My family and I really liked staying here. Difficult to find but that was car’s navigation issue. Only 15 mins from main center of Bellagio. Communication with owner was top notch and he was extremely helpful and nice. Very peaceful and quiet. Only downfall is the bath tub in field directly in front of property but that probably belongs to another property. “

„We spent a great time in this beautiful mansion in the hills of Bellagio. Giulia, our host, was extremely friendly and reacted promptly on any question we had. We had a marvelous welcome by Giulia including food and drinks. We habe been even supplied with home garden vergetables during our stay. Tne supermarket is less than 150 meters away as there is a cheese dairy. The neighbours are also very friendly.“

„The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing.
