« As grandparents we stayed in the house 5 days straight babysitting 2 toddlers while our adult children attended the American Botany Convention. We used all the facilities, pool, laundry, kitchen etc. All were in great shape. The kitchen especially was well stocked and the house is near 2 good supermarkets. Very good rental! »

« Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay! »

« Fantastic place to stay in Palm Springs! Great location. Quiet street. Clean. Safe. The pool area is great. Private hot tub that we didn’t utilize since it was 100 but very nice to have. Great communication from the owner. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. I don’t write a lot of reviews so I’m not sure what else to include
just know we have zero complaints about our stay. »

« This house was perfect for us, a family of 4 with two kids aged 9 & 11. We found the location excellent, great to explore the neighbourhood on foot, with shopping and downtown a very short drive. The house was an ideal place to return for some pool time in the heat of the day, after a hike in the morning and an adventure in the evening. The host and concierge were both super-friendly and welcoming and made the visit even more special. »

« Robert's condo was incredible. Close enough to downtown PS to get there easily, but super quiet and cozy. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. Very well appointed and looks just like the pictures. Robert is super responsive and was gracious with me, when I had to text him a couple times when I struggled with locking the gate (user error on my part). Definitely would stay there again. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, very fluffy and soft! »
