This spacious and gracious house was the perfect setting for our extended family to have a wonderful 10-day holiday together! The location and grounds were perfect, plenty of space and different areas for people to relax and the privacy of bedrooms made it ideal for different couples. The beach club down the street was a great perk, we used it a lot for the gym, pool and restaurant. Victor was a great property manager, and Kristen was very responsive and helpful in the couple of weeks before we arrived and during our visit. Many many thanks!

we loved the place, 6 bedrooms but the 6th bedroom is by the garage we ended up not using, not up to par with the other ones, the manager is excellent, great comunicación, if your party needs 5 bedrooms they are top notch!

We had a wonderful time in this very beautiful home! Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, and even spices we needed. Having the pool was a blessing for all of us especially my four grandchildren ages 2 and under. We had a minor issue with an AC unit but Victor came out and fixed the problem right away! We would definitely stay in Casa Los Amigos again!

Wonderful time!

My wife, our two young boys and some extended family stayed through Easter and had a truly wonderful time. The house was as advertised or perhaps even better - there is really plenty of room and areas to gather and enjoy the views. The pool club is a must and the staff there really put together a number of great activities for the kids while we were able to enjoy poolside cocktails! Federico was very responsive with any questions we had. look forward to going back soon!

Magnificent

Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town! Lots of fabulous restaurants and galleries! The beds were so comfortable, everyone had private entrance and baths! We are already planning our next trip to this magnificent home!!!

DAUGHTER'S WEDDING IN CABO

We stayed here as the family of the bride. We have 2 grandchildren that cannot stay at the adult only host hotel so this was great. We were able to have the family with the young children on one side of the house and everyone had privacy in their rooms. Three bedrooms are off the courtyard so they are separated from the main area unless you open the glass wall. That was my favorite part. We spent most of our time on the outdoor living area by the pool. This also opens to the main living area inside. The roof top living area is cool, but really close to the neighbors and with kiddos in our group we did not use it much, but it was cool. The swim up pool bar was fun and we enjoyed grilling, but get a fan on your outdoor table for flies. The #6 bedrm is off the garage - so be careful with bugs and the house next door is under construction so it was loud most of the day and the workers look over the pool.(awkward). The view off the main owner's suite is of the house under construction so we even had to keep the windows covered. We loved the games at the house and the large TV when inside and the kitchen was fun and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking for a large group. There are a few irons, steamers and other things and huge closets in all rooms. Check the hangers though because they get dusty if not used much before you arrive. We used the Club house nearby for dining a few times and it was amazing and spent a day at that pool with poolside service.

We were all very pleased with the property. Kristen and Pablo did a great job. The furnishings were excellent also.Gloria and Antonio did a super job with the catered dinner. There is a drip down the wall from the air conditioner in the bedroom that has the outdoor shower. I called Pablo the first day and told him about it. If not corrected, this will cause damage. The last couple of days, there was a backup in the toilet on the same floor as the garage. My son-in-law, Paul, called about it. The garbage disposal doesn't work. My son, Justin, is an experienced snorkeler and was disappointed with that activity. It was more of a "booze cruise" than a snorkeling experience. I only mention these things because if I were in management's place, I would want to know about it. These issues did not significantly detract from the wonderful experience we had staying at this property.

Wonderful house, grat for the whole family

We rented Casa Los Amigos for our 8 family members ages 3 to 63 during a family wedding, and everyone was thrilled with the property. It's even better than the pictures and in immaculate condition! A few notes: 1) I considered much more expensive beachfront properties and I think this is a MUCH better value. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the beach club, in addition to a car for getting around in town. 2) The property manager set up several excursions for us and they were all more affordable than the ones I found online that were similar or identical. We got everythign from massages, to a yacht charter, to ziplining and ATVs and it was totally seamless. 3) Gloria the cook is wonderful, although we also had some awesome meals out. I'm not sure the extra fee for the beachclub was really worth it, but it was helpful for our nanny to take the little one while the adults went out. Overall, it was a great stay and we definitely recommend!

Wonderful trip!

We had 15 family members staying at Casa Amigo and it was the perfect setting. The pool had a shallow area where the little ones could play, a spa for the mid-age kids and a deeper end for the bigger kids (adults). Gloria set up the Welcome treats and it was great. She also cooked a birthday meal for my husbands 70th and it was delicious! The only little issue was finding the place-- nav wasn't very helpful but I contacted Pablo and he actually drove out into the area to find us. A real nice guy. Highly recommend this place.

Spring Break 2024

This property accommodated 3 families wonderfully. We would return back to this property or community in the future. The house is fully stocked with essential items and very spacious. I will say the description of the 6th bedroom being off the garage is vague and that detail would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Had everything we needed for 5 couples. Beautifully decorated. Expansive kitchen. Gloria cooked for us 2 nights and was 5 star! Pablo was responsive to everything that came up and even made us special margaritas! You definitely need a car to get around or pay for transportation through CPM. Some taxis or rideshare are not allowed through the gates. My only suggestions would be to have the shower heads thoroughly cleaned. Hard water was clogging a few. Also to mark the step that goes from patio to pool. You cant see it as you are so focused on the amazing view. Thank you Kristen & your team. We will miss Pablo, he was great!

Fun vacation house

Our family spend a week at Buzzards and had a great time. Victor was an attentive host, the meals Gloria made were delicious and the groceries were delivered as promised. We enjoyed the pool and the spacious house. One thing we didn't appreciate before we arrived was that the beach is only accessible through the neighborhood beach club which charges $200. There is no other local way to get to the water. We opted not to pay the fee. It is also more than a 5 minute walk. We also didn't know the pool is in the front yard which due to the light traffic on the street didn't create a big problem.

Family Vacation

Our entire family, all 12 of us, had a great time. We used all six bedrooms and to have the bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. The pool area was beautiful although the temperature of the pool was really warm but it’s to be expected this time of year. We loved how secure the area was with two gates we had to drive through. The other thing we were impressed by was how well “stocked” the house was in the kitchen, pool towels, laundry supplies, etc. Thanks so much!!

Amazing property and perfect for family and groups

This beautiful home was in the perfect location with easy beach access, close to restaurants, gated community, 2 minutes from golf. Ocean views and lovely luxury home with pool. Fantastic. House has everything you would need. The property manager and checkin host were both very responsive and helpful. Arranged our private chef and multiple activities. I can't say enough great things about Casa Los Amigos and can't wait to be back!

Beautiful Casa Los Amigos

Our family of nine adults and three children had an amazing time at Casa Los Amigos! The property set up perfectly for our family reunion. There are ample gathering areas for both large and small groups. The pool area was a major focus for us and it did not disappoint. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for meal preparation and serving. The property is very clean and well cared for. The gardens, lawn and views are beautiful. Cabo Property Management personnel were very courteous and responsive. Thanks to Kristen, Victor and Juan Carlos for their professional assistance! We took advantage of services offered by Prickly Pear (grocery delivery) and Gloria (along with Antonio) who prepared welcome service and three spectacular meals which were among the highlights for us. We also took advantage of guest membership at the local beach club and enjoyed two delicious dinners there with a picture perfect view of the Sea of Cortez. (We drove to the club as the walk can be challenging in the heat) Casa Los Amigos quickly became home and we will be back!

9 Ladies on a girls trip

Perfect spot for 9 girls to reunite and have fun (while turning 50!). It's a bit remote from town and mexican culture, so keep that in mind. It's relaxing, clean and well stocked. We ordered our groceries in, hired a driver to take us a few places, and even had a chef come in for two meals. Eat at the beach club. Yummy!
