« Host should not be renting suites on VRBO. He double-booked the suite and didn't respond to calls or emails when it came time to check-in. Had to find another accommodation last minute and work out partial reimbursement with VRBO. Don't ruin a vacation - avoid this host. »

« This is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in. We had a family trip with a large group and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Excellent customer service from the pool to the restaurants to front desk services, they were always friendly and accommodating above & beyond. « This was our 4th visit to La Estancia. The accommodations, the team, and the service just check all the boxes for our family. Great pool, good food, swimmable protected beach, walk to town, kitchen in the unit which is great for cooking and feeding picky eaters. « The best part of this villa was the personal chef services of Max and Hugo they were absolutely incredible and accommodating to our every wants/needs. « We were pleasantly surprised upon check in to be upgraded to a 4 bedroom 7 bathroom house from the resort. The butler service was impeccable (Paul is THE BEST!) The resort was beyond beautiful and our residence left nothing to be desired. Truly was perfection. I have to give the biggest shout out to Alexandria with CaboVillas for helping coordinate this trip of a lifetime! »

« This was an amazing house with an amazing pool and views!! Mauricio was our host and he was very helpful and took care of everything we needed. We asked for a boat and he had it set up within an hour for us plus many more things! We would visit again because of him and the customer service he provided. »
