"Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und die Lage absolut perfekt. Auch das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Leider lässt der Service stark zu wünschen übrig: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gewechselt, die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte oft erst am späten Nachmittag. Im Restaurant herrscht Chaos – lange Wartezeiten, fehlende Gerichte und ein schlechtes Frühstück trotz vieler untätiger Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt: schönes Hotel, aber katastrophales Management."

"Extrem freundliche Servicekräfte. Der Pool ist schön und groß. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Der Strand hat einen sehr feinen Sand. Das einzig nicht so gute waren die Sonnenliegen die nicht verstellbar sind. Man kann nicht auf dem Bauch liegen. "

"The hotel itself has definite strengths, but also some noticeable weaknesses. It’s very new, clean, and the rooms are truly a highlight: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. The breakfast was also very good and exceeded our expectations. However, there is one major downside – the beach directly in front of the hotel. It was dirty and far from inviting, which we didn’t know beforehand. This is a stark contrast to the White Beach on the opposite side, which is absolutely beautiful. But it means you have to walk about 15 minutes each time to enjoy the nicer beach. While this was manageable for us, it would be great if the hotel could work on improving and maintaining the beachfront in the future. Another point we noticed: While the rooms were fantastic, the rest of the hotel felt somewhat uninspired in terms of design. The decor was entirely white, which is modern but felt sterile and lacked any warmth or personality. It gave us the impression that the hotel was just “placed there,” as others have commented – an Ibiza-style aesthetic, but without charm. Other hotels often manage to create more atmosphere and attention to detail. That said, if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel and don’t mind walking a bit for a better beach, this is still a good choice."
