« The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and...

« The staff was really nice, however our room was not clean at check in. Trash in the trash can and on bathroom floor, food items in the fridge and one towel. We were moved to another room and no wash cloths and there was dirt/ sand on one bed. Trash stayed on the floor by the ice machine and never saw housekeeping. »

« Parking was good. Need to have breakfast by 6:00 AM. People staying at the hotel go fishing before 7:00 AM. »

« location was fabulous just right at the beach walking distance you can't see the beach from at least the first floor I don't believe there's any amenities but it is a clean updated hotel we had a problem with the humidifier in our room but that's not a big deal our only issues we had a couple next door that were fighting quite loudly in the middle of the night and I can't put that on the hotel. »

« Très proche de la mer (300 m à pied), cadre très bien et piscine extérieur. La région est à recommander, mais ne pas oublier une lotion anti-moustiques! »

« Personnel attentif et courtois, wi-fi pas trop fort, petit déjeuner supérieur a la moyenne avec fruits frais. Insonorisation des plancher insuffisante, ont entend marcher les gens à l'étage supérieur. Grand stationnement. »

« La chambre était correcte même si la couette n'était pas toute jeune. Mais les espaces communs manquent d'entretien ( mégots sur le sol par exemple) . C'est sûr qu'en bord de mer, c'est plus compliqué, mais un petit peu déçue par rapport aux Best Western que j'ai connus. A revenir, je prendrais un autre établissement. »

« The resort had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Clean sheets and ample towels. I appreciated having my own reserved parking space too! Check in and check out was so easy! »

« Our room had a leaking MiniSplit. It was so bad it was accumulating on the floor near the outlet- electrical hazard. The toilet was wobbly and flooring looked like it needs maintenance. The bed was decent but the the headboard was broken I guess..? Needs maintenance for sure otherwise does the job for just in and out stay, but probably won’t go back »
