good apartment. close to Walmart. clean and with everything you need and some extras too. AC is not in the lounge just the bedrooms so the lounge is hot. The bedroom near the road suffers from a lot of traffic noise.

The place was very beautiful and clean, it was surrounded by everything!! Everything was walking distant and if you wanted to take a Lyft, it’s like a five minute drive to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to the beach and local food places . The host was very kind and quick response. Good hospitality and vibes ❤️ Clean rooms, clean bathroom , full kitchen and living room ❤️ and air in each room I would stay again if I ever went back ❤️

Great location, near stores you would need for groceries and last minute travel items! Short walk to La Placita. Can be a little noisy with traffic and pedestrians during the day, but very tolerable. Loved it!

Lugar excelente muy limpio y super cómodo,lo único que no había estacionamiento frente al lugar ya que habia una van vieja estacionada,se nota que lleva tiempo allí. Y encuentro que no había suficiente papel de baño.

Great space. Both bedrooms had A/C. Living room and bathroom get pretty hot, but there was a little balcony we opened the door for a light breeze. Electricity went out, but the host was so kind, she let us use her other space for the night until it was fixed. I really enjoyed the location to walk to restaurants and walmart. Parking was easy. We will be booking again in the future!

Fantastic location and apartment. Check in instructions where very helpful. The host provided photos as well which helped so much for check in. Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and we were able to check in without any issues. Great space for 2 people. But could easily fit 4 people. Some beach essentials are there as well as extra towels which is so appreciated! You are in the heart of the city and I am a light sleeper, so I used my sound machine because you can hear cars. But you're going to hear cars in the city. We did not hear any neighbors or other people. Would stay here again!

The apartment is was clean and the location is close to the airport and all the activities I wanted to do. This apartment is ok for what I needed. The only con for me was I think it would have been better if there was air conditioning in the living room area that would have been great. But overall it was comfortable. The host is very attentive and responsive. I reached out to her because there wasn’t hot water in the unit and she had the plumber there immediately.

The property was just as it was described.Ups: it was away from the husle and busle and host was responsive Downs: difficult check in, lost power one of the days, gave one role of toilet paper for a 5 day stay.

Great host. Host available and responsive. The place was great. Very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped with plenty of towels, beach chair, cooler, iron, etc. Unfortunately we had no hot water. The place is located in a rough neighborhood not recommended for late night travel. Otherwise located in the middle and close everything! Perfect location.

Nice and affordable place to stay! Look just like the photo was very clean, the outside looks sketchy but never felt unsafe. The location was perfect right in middle of old San Juan , la placita , and condado beach! The only con of this apartment is the AC it didn’t bother me as much but would still like to advise there is ac but only in the two rooms they do get really cold so that’s a plus , but in the living space and restroom there is no ac so it can feel hot, overall my experience here was great would definitely stay again !

Host was great and very communicative. The only downside of this rental was the location. There are lots of other listings that are walking distance from the beach whereas this one was pretty far.
