« We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. Towels were never changed....for a four-day. False description: Speaking of towels, there were no beach...

« The location is great. Very close to a lot of stores and restaurants very walkable. About a five minute walk to Ocean Park Beach. The unit was clean and had everything you need. It has a washer and dryer, ironing, board, and iron, a hair blow dryer in each bathroom they thought of every little detail. I will recommend this property to anyone vacation in in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The management’s communication was impeccable. The check-in and check out process was very easy. »

« very close to beach. beach chairs and towels were provided, which was nice. host provided checkin details an hour after checkin time. mirror behind bed was not cleaned well, but the rest of the room was very clean. Shower head barely worked. the room had a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-night stay. If you're on foot, you cant exit the property without a key. You can hear the airport but you get used to it. »
