« This property is beautiful and the hosts were exceptionally kind. Far enough from the highway so there are no traffic sounds to disturb the quiet. Bedroom was comfortable and roomy so sleeping was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again! »

« Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect. The cottage has been thoughtfully designed and appointed with soft colors and attention to detail. The kitchen is large and well appointed, with everything we needed. Multiple window views look onto a huge rose and flower garden and even have peeks of Penn Cove and the surrounding mountains. « Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Well located between Sedro-Woolley and Mt Vernon and a short drive to ferry boats. Communication was excellent and nothing but positives for this stay. »

« What a lovely space this is - so comfortable, so clean and so well decorated, that it truly feels like a home away from home - it has a lovely 'feel'. And of course, the fabulous sunsets! Sue and Rob were welcoming hosts, and were extremely prompt in addressing a very minor issue we had. « Great patio to watch bald eagles! We had deer in the yard every evening. Kitchen is well-stocked. Beds are comfortable. We had a great stay here! »

« We found an oasis within an oasis when we stayed at the cottage, and simply didn’t want to leave. Surrounded on all sides by trees and greenery, the landscaping sets off a wonderland of nature. We had wanted to be by a lake where we could paddle board and kayak, and in addition were able to use the pickleball court that was a part of the property each evening.
