« There was not 1 thing that we needed that wasn't supplied. In fact, there were a few things that were supplied that we were anticipating to run out and get, but there they were. Best rental we've ever stayed at... by far!! »

« We stayed 2 nights in this clean and beautiful home, central to all the things San Jose has to offer. The bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had everything you could need. Would definitely stay again! »

« Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. »

« We were in town for a wedding and the property was a perfect getaway. The pool was a great oasis for relaxing and spending time together, the beds were very comfortable and smelled so fresh, and the location is close to everything. »

« This was a great spot to stay in order for us to check out the entire Monterey Bay region. Even though it’s a little off the main roads, it placed us 25-40 min from all of the main areas we wanted to visit; from Monterey and Carmel by the Sea (maybe 35 max), state park beaches nearby (some 10-15, some 20-25 or further depending on which you choose- Sunset and Pajaro were lovely in the evenings) all the way up past Capitola (25) and Santa Cruz(30) to Felton and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park...

« Convenient location to beach, freeway and shops.Nicely decorated multi level home, worked well for our 13, 7 and 2 years old, they found their own space to hang out. Many kitchen appliances and coffee pods were available. We cooked breakfast and dinner at home. Overall we are pleased to found this home, basic condiments were stocked!Bedrooms are on the bottom floor, felt little humid there but I believe that’s nature of being in the coastal area, we used to have home in Aptos. »

« Beautiful little house with wonderful views in a quiet area. Close to Aptos and Capitola and Nisene State Park. Property Manager is very helpful and responsive cottage is clean and updated bathroom were beautiful. All around a wonderful weekend getaway. »
