Staff very unprofessional. I reserved wrong dates Tues-Sat instead of Wed-Sund. As soon as I realized I had made wrong purchase I immediately called the condo within 1 minute of purchase directly. Staff assured me there was no problem that they would move my reservation since the condo was not rented Sat and I can checkout on Sun. Upon check in a confirmed of my departure date Sund and they said everything was taken care of that it was no problem. Sat morning at 9am the cleaning crew tied to enter my unit which I had locked from the inside. I told the crew that I spoken to staff about Sun checkout. 30 min later I see the cleaning crew that if everything was cleared up and assured me that everything was fine. I leave to breakfast and at 11:30am I get a message that I must remove my belongings because they had rented out. They told me they were “looking” for another unit for me to stay and didn’t have anything available. Only until I had told him about me leaving feedback all of a sudden the penthouse suite was available. I declined because by that time I had already booked another place that would take me in on Sat morning due to my luggage. Unprofessional
