« The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. « Not as advertised - we actually left - dirty and blocked in behind a building with broken windows and horrible trash smell- the place was dirty with towels over the couch and not cleaned - property contact just went silent when I asked for refund - giant bummer »
