Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Photos were deceiving. We had to have maintenance come almost every single day for something that was not working in the home. We were not able to utilize the back doors that went out to the pool, except the one in the master bedroom as they were scraping the floor, could not get them to lying in order to completely lock. There was always a gap at the top which let mosquitos in. Had to get on the floor in order to unlock and try to lock those doors. When it rained, we had rain coming through all of the doors into the home. The closet in the second bedroom was not functional as we could not get it all the way open. The ceiling fan on the rooftop did not work. We had to call for the lights to be replaced as well. Some of the kitchen lights did not work and they had to come and do electrical work while we were there. The Marriott was wonderful and the best they could to fix all of the problems, but the back doors never worked correctly so we had to go out of the bedroom door each time so when we had guests over, they also had to go into our bedroom to be able to go outside.The countertops are also painted so they were peeling paint the entire time we were there.
