The space
Stay at VIVA Residences/Unit 203 in the heart of San Pedro. This is a spacious one bedroom one full bath apartment on the second floor. You will have to walk up stairs to the unit. It is an ideal space for a couple to enjoy their stay. This unit has everything that you may need during your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and closet area. There is a safe in the closet area as well. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for you to use. It has a very spacious shower and it has a beautiful mirror to get ready for your tropical island day. The towels are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV to enjoy some movies after your touristy day. The kitchen area has some top grade appliances. These include a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils and a dining table with chairs to sit down and eat your home cooked meals. This beautiful and modern apartment will meet all your needs and more.

Enjoy the shared balcony outside the unit, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching San Pedro start its day or unwinding with an evening cocktail as you watch the sunset. It’s a fantastic spot for people-watching and soaking in the island vibe.

Exciting improvements are underway at VIVA Residences! Our rooftop pool, swim-up bar, fitness center, and kitchen are currently under construction and not yet available.

Construction typically takes place from 9 AM to 6 PM, and some noise may be heard. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make VIVA even better!

Please note that Unit 203 is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only.
