Hotel Sandston

« It was ok…Till getting ready for bed & roaches start to come out from the baseboards all around the room/bth rm…Not enough pillows for a king sized bed…Back started hurting… »

« My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

« By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards. »

« Les grandes chambres sont silencieux malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, donc un excellent hotel pour acceder l'aeroport de Richmond, Virginia qui est à 5 minutes (en voiturel). En plus, deux grands lits confortables nous a permis de séjourner à 3 pour un prix très raisonable. »

« I have stayed at this particular hotel before. It’s normally quiet and clean and the personnel that work the desk are always polite. On this stay I was given a room for people with disabilities. I didn’t like it but the stay was okay. »

« Contour du comptoir craqué, porte de douche ne reste pas fermée, frigo fonctionne pas bien, manette de tv défectueuse, odeur d'humidité... »

« Very dirty and smelly. Very old bedding including old lumpy pillows and cover. No blanket. Outside area not maintained and just noisey with people walking around outside at 3 am. Licks on door broken. »

« J'avais fait une réservation à Holiday Inn Express Richmond Downtown et je me suis retrouvée avec une réservation à Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport. Je ne l'ai pas vu suffisamment à temps pour obtenir la même chambre à Downtown. Aussi, j'ai perdu du temps à prendre chaque jour avec le taxi pour me rendre à Downtown pour assister à ma conférence. J'ai été déçu de cette erreur . »

« Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me »
