« My family spent a couple days at this charming cabin as described close to several ski resorts. Due to arctic temperatures and blasting winds we ended up spending more time inside the cabin than on the slopes. Nevertheless we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. We would love to return another winter. »

« Beautiful cabin, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is equipped with anything you could need during your stay. Very peaceful property. We are already planning to book it again in the fall! »

« Clean house, accommodating host, nice big porch with TV, nice deck and yard for the dogs. It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. »

« The room provided everything we needed. Seasonal aspects of the area limited dining opportunities, but we weren't surprised; we weren’t there to ski. Beautiful scenery. »

« We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark). »

« Stayed at Hilltop with my family for 4 nights. Great house in a nice location. Easy check in and access to property manager if needed. Having access to the Waterville Estate Community Center is an added bonus!Would recommend to other families! »

« Property was amazing. If you forgot something odds are the house had it for you. From toothbrushes to feminine products they thought of it all. Plenty of games and toys for both kids and your fury pets! Three steps out the back door and you’re standing on the river which is so peaceful and beautiful. « Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay.
