I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »

« Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. »

« Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun. »

« Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait. »

« Came to the area for some live music at a local venue one evening. Blue Aztec was very clean and comfortable, oh and AC was ice cold! »

« The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown! »
