Our family gathered there for 4 days during Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for all 13 of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen for walking around center island used as buffet. Kids had plenty of room outside to play games. It was a little too cool to use pool or hot tub. The younger set figured out the sound system and watched the football game. Others had fun in the game room. Everyone had an “exciting” time.

Nice private house

We took a family trip with our 2 adult kids and their families. House was spacious and the pool was wonderful. We had a real problem with bees & wasps while we were there but the owner sent someone out as we were checking out of the house so hopefully the next guests didn’t have to deal with that. Beds were comfortable and there were a lot of TVs. The house could definitely use some more living room furniture. One couch and 2 chairs in the tv living room isn’t sufficient for a house that accommodates that many people and the furniture they have is not comfortable for watching tv. Also it has a large kitchen but it’s very unorganized and everything was “well used”. It would be difficult to cook for a large group with the number of pots and bakeware they had. Fortunately I brought disposable pans & paper plates & cups. The one king size bedroom upstairs was in an awkward location. It was right next to the bunk room (which was covered in ceramic tiles), another very odd choice for a bedroom and the door going from the king bedroom to the bunk room was a screen door so there was no privacy for that room. The game room was fun for the kids and overall we had a good time. I would call it a large estate, not a luxury estate. It could be a fabulous house with some updates & new furnishings. For what we paid, I expected something a little more “luxury”

Would book again

Stayed for the weekend with family for my daughter’s wedding. It’s hard to find a nice place that will accommodate a lot of people. It was a very nice house. Some things I would note, however. With being able to accommodate so many people, there isn’t enough furniture in living area to sit everyone comfortably. The couch and two chairs are not comfortable and it isn’t enough seating. A big sectional would work great in here!The refrigerator door wasn’t shutting upon arrival but manager fixed it promptly. The cookie sheets need to be replaced and the gas grill outside needs to be cleaned. It smoked a LOT. I feel for a luxury estate the kitchen could use some updated pots and pans. The beds were extremely comfortable but I wish more towels were provided. A hand towel in each bathroom would be nice. We just had one bath towel per guest. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed our time out there! We would book again. I just like to leave a detailed review so other guests know what to expect/ bring.

Great stay

We really enjoyed this property. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property was very fun for all ages. It had a lot of games and the hot tub was very nice. It was also very convenient to rent a boat at a nearby dock and go out on the water for the day. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice house, needs more furniture in the living room, oven and ice dispenser needs fixed or at least tell the renter it is broken before we get there. Also let us know there is no wood before we get there. The bathtub in the room with the bunk beds does not drain, so you are standing in a pool of water while showering.

Great Property

The property is very nice and well located by the lake boat launch. The house was extremely accommodating and had a large number of things to do. The property manager was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much. Hope to come back again next time around.

Absolutely amazing!

My family and I stayed over the weekend while attending a wedding in Aubrey, TX and had an absolutely phenomenal time! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are well-kept and the hosts are great! We saw lots of wildlife, hung out in the hot tub, played pool and shuffleboard, and lounged while in-between wedding events. I can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect Place for Family Fun!!

We loved our stay at the Estate! The house was wonderful and perfectly suited to our family and the pool was amazing!! Chuck was very responsive and welcoming! We had a fantastic time playing corn hole, pool, shuffleboard, and foosball as well as being in the pool 24/7!! The music/speakers were incredible and added to the whole ambience of the place! Would recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing get-a-way and time with their family!! Many incredible memories made! Thanks Chuck!!

Great place

Our family had a great time. 10 adults and 7 children (8 and younger). The house had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. The pool was great for young and old. The lake was only a short walk away. Chuck the manager was available any time we had a question. I would for sure recommend this beautiful house to families with children.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at the estate. It was an amazing space for our annual teacher girls trip! There was plenty of rooms to sleep our group of 14 and the pool was gorgeous! The only thing that I would change is having more seating options. There was no room in the house that could accommodate our group for hanging out/enjoying a game night! Other than that, it was a perfect spot!

Best for Family Get Together

We have family and friends from all over and it was a perfect weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The house is incredible - the pictures don’t do it justice! We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces and spent most of our time outside. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was a great space to cook and fellowship. We enjoyed the pool table, corn hole and hot tub. Chuck is amazing and so great. You have to reserve this place! Our family kept mentioning that they will rent it in the future and have more get togethers. Thank you for making it so special!

Great getaway

We loved our stay at the lakeside estate! The house was clean and very spacious. The country setting was beautiful and we loved visiting the Lake Ray Roberts state park and the Sharkarosa wildlife center which were only a short drive from the property. Would definitely love to come during the summer months sometime and get to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was great!

A very peaceful place.

My family and I decided to have some well needed vacations, we picked this place and we were very pleased with everything that was offered, it really fulfilled our expectations. There was enough space for the kids to play and for the adults to have a good time. A very spacious and beautiful kitchen with mostly everything that you’re going to need while you are staying. A very peaceful place with the lake right in front and stores not too far. If I could give more than five stars I would, my family and I really loved this private place. Thank you to the hostess for the hospitality and the excellent communication.

Great Lake adjacent estate with plenty to offer and house for North TX getaway

The Estate easily housed 12+ with plenty of comfort and entertainment both indoors and out. Bedding options and linens were aplenty and comfortable. The game room, sound systems, and outdoor setup made this place a great option for my brother’s bachelor party.

Wow!

This place is incredible! The beds are wonderful and there was plenty of space for all of us…there’s TV’s in every room so it kept the little kids happy and the middle size kids were running everywhere or playing basketball. The ONLY thing we would have loved is the pool being heated but that was only because we have a handful of kids that wanted to swim. Chuck is phenomenal to work with and super responsive. You absolutely won’t be sorry renting here. We plan to make this a yearly trip for everyone!
