« We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency...

« Make reservations ahead of your trip several months for better prices. Plan on walking shoes. You walk alot! Parking was great for us at the cottage and the room was clean. The host was very cordial. We shelled mostly and went to the beaches more than shops. Very beautiful and relaxing. »

« The host-Nancy was amazing to communicate with. The property allowed me to bring my two labs and there was a yard for them to play. Super close to the beach, had a tennis court in front and loved that there was a water area that allowed us all to wash the sand off so we didn’t carry it upstairs with us. »

This is a perfect home for a couple or small family. Proximity to the beach & Captiva businesses is awesome. Private pool is well maintained (not deep - but perfect for relaxing). Only thing that would make this even better is a King size bed in...
