„The condo was in a great location with easy beach access. The beach was not crowded and delightful for walking and shelling.The interior of the condo is dated. The furniture is fabric and, after years of use, is sticky and not so clean. The kitchen was also in need of a deep clean and the utensils replaced. Overall, I would suggest the entire unit could use some sprucing up. “

„I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. „Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!“

„Overall, the condo was almost perfect. Very clean, well stocked, lots of supplies, very comfortable and very well furnished. Plenty of parking. Office checked on us regularly to make sure all was going well. The one thing about the set up was that the washer/dryer was on the screened porch and there is no light so needed a flashlight to do laundry in the evening, a minor inconvenience. The unit was clean, bright, and super comfortable, with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The short walk to the beach was a huge bonus, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The location is great for exploring nearby shops and restaurants too.
