Our family with 2 teens loved it here! The pool was great and this location is just a short 5 minute walk to one of the best parts of the island for shelling. My son loved fishing from shore and had some great catches. There is really no need to go to other beaches on the island which are busier and have paid parking, this is a prime location (although if you want a change in scenery, Gulfside City Beach is 7 min away and it had lots to see on this trip due to the live creatures in the tide pools).The kitchen is very well equipped, and both beach towels and bath towels were provided. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Laundry pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishsoap and dishwasher pods were included. If you need more just pop by at the Clubhouse office by the pool. Parking is included and a car is ideal as there are no restaurants or grocery stores in walking distance. There is a drip coffee maker plus a keurig. Beds were comfy and there was little to no noise from neighboring units, everyone was very friendly. Definitely a great rental and a great host!
