Torretta Morelli is a studio apartment for vacation rentals in a villa with a pool in the Gallipoli area. This ground-floor apartment in a traditional Salento rural residence is located in the Gallipoli countryside.
The above-ground pool and part of the garden furnished for relaxation are for the exclusive use of guests.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and more.
In the garden, in addition to parking, there is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Torretta Morelli is located within a fully fenced villa, with a parking space and an outdoor area entirely dedicated to guests, including a shaded gazebo and a green lawn equipped with sun loungers.
The above-ground pool is for the exclusive use of guests, who also have access to an outdoor shower and barbecue for al fresco dining.
The studio apartment has a mezzanine, offering two rooms.
On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen, a dining room, two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower.
On the mezzanine is the double bed under the charming, restored barrel vault.
The studio apartment is separate from the rest of the house, where the owner lives.

Torretta Morelli is located in the countryside of Sannicola, just outside the town center, which can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
A few more minutes and you can also reach the splendid beaches north of Gallipoli, in Padula Bianca and Rivabella.
All major services are available in Sannicola and Gallipoli.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).                                         
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Above ground Pool available from May to October. 
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden with the owner.
