Great Location, Great Pool, A little tired
Outside space is great. Located within walking distance (even for young kids) to Bini Nou beach and the restaurants in Bini Vell. The villa inside is a bit tired, the double mattress definitely needs replacing⊠has sunk in the middle. Would benefit from air con in the main living space but the bedroom air con worked well (only one of the three remotes worked though). Showers lovely and powerful. Four of us never ran out of hot water. Host replied promptly to messages, but I was a bit concerned when having set up to pay the full amount at booking I was only charged a deposit and then sent an invoice from a separate company for the balance which included a transaction fee. This was quickly resolved with the host. I did then have to deal with the separate company for check in, providing identity details for all residents. A bit disappointed when I then had to provide this all again for the company managing the property in Menorca including photos of passport. Understand this info is required by Spanish law but shouldnât have to do it twice.
