« What a wonderful, hidden jewel! If you are looking for a true medieval experience with all the modern comforts THIS IS IT! Right off the bus stop, Montecassiano is a beautiful medieval village, with a historic piazza, typical italian bars to grab a breakfast or apperativo. For dinner, I highly recommend La Taverna San Nicola across the hotel with a fantastic wine selection and a unique presentation of popular polenta dish. Well worth the trip!! »

« We regarded this hotel as having a very high standard for a budget hotel. We had been staying in 4 or 5 star hotels, but really there was nothing we wanted. Our room was spacious and clean. The central piazza in the town is will worth a visit. We only stayed one night but we wanted to visit Fabriano because this was where the New Zealand Division in 1944 replenised it's numbers with soldiers from the Pacific - including my wife's father. »
