„Wir konnten im Hotel Serapide eine sehr angenehme Nacht in Neapel verbringen, da es sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil befindet. Am späten Abend war es uns jedoch unmöglich den privaten Whirpool zu nutzen, was den Aufenthalt für uns persönlich perfekt gemacht hätte. Der Schwefelgeruch des Vulkans, der am Spätabend am stärksten war, hat es uns unerträglich gemacht. Dies lag jedoch nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels. Es war trotzdem schade um das Erlebnis. If you're a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs, because the street can be a bit noisy. But the convenient location in walking distance to the port, the bus stop and the center as well as the friendly and super helpful staff make up for this small inconvenience.“

Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was ...
