Immaculately renovated upstairs studio in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.
This 335 sqft unit contains two queen beds, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a tub and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.
*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.*

## Access
This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.
Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):
Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
## Tech
This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.
## Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!
## Neighborhood
Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.
Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

This hotel checks ALL the boxes: convenient (2 blocks from State St), modern, thoughtfully designed, CLEAN & quiet. We drive a Tesla and were thrilled they had many chargers - free for hotel guests! Casa Jardin will be our first choice next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Loved the visit!
Casa Jardin was a lovely place to stay during a few days in Santa Barbara. We appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities in the bathroom, easy access using the keypad, and offstreet free parking with electric vehicle chargers. There are parks and restaurants within walking distance too. Would stay here again!

Great and comfy stay
We had such a nice time at Casa Jardin. The room was clean-quiet and a perfect location to walk to everywhere in town including the Santa Barbara Bowl! The kitchenette was perfect and nespresso machine a delight! We highly recommend for a night or 2 in Santa Barbara!

Amazing stay!

Charming suite just minutes from State Street!
We loved everything about our stay here! This suite was clean and well stocked upon arrival. The host was very responsive. It is located just minutes from the heart of Santa Barbara, making it the perfect secluded location within walking distance of State Street. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area, and would highly recommend this property!
