« Stayed here for a wedding. Very comfortable for 7 of us. House was clean. The pool table was a hit in the garage as the weather was beautiful the first weekend in March. The walk and the trek down the stairs to the ocean was worth it. »

« Great relations with David. Issue with the refrigerator not working and David acted to help get a replacement until the refrigerator was restored. »

« It was a quick getaway/ visit so our time in the home was only to sleep, share a snack, late night sip of wine, and morning coffee. There was plenty of room for our friend group. The backyard needed some upkeep, need to stock up on wine glasses, and get some WD-40 on the squeaky doors. Overall comfortable stay. »

« This is a very nice property in a great location for taking advantage of all Santa Barbara has to offer. The house is very comfortable. The fire pits, hot tub, outdoor grill and deck are wonderful. The neighborhood is beautiful. It’s easy to get from the house to downtown, the beach, numerous restaurants, stores, the 101 and the wine country. We had no problems with the house and the host was very pleasant and responsive. »
