« This was the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. The house was not as described. There were stains all over the rugs and mattresses, the furniture was worn, there was no amenities in the kitchen- the house was freezing when we got there and the host was entirely unresponsive (except to say that he’ll get back to us). We left after 30m, didn’t stay a single night of the 3 we had booked. We told the host we were leaving but neither VRBO or our messages were responded to by the owner. Awful...
