    Das Innere dieses einstöckigen Hauses enthält alle neuen Möbel und viele künstlerische Details.

    Das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen California Kingsize-Bett, die auf die Terrasse durch schöne Französisch Türen von einem Rosenlaube umrahmt aussieht. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine geräumige Badewanne, große benutzerdefinierte Stein geflieste Dusche mit Sitzbank, Doppel-Waschtisch Waschbecken und eine separate Toilette. Es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

    Die Küche verfügt über alle Edelstahl modernen Geräten, volle Ergänzung von Kochgeschirr und Zubehör. Der Esstisch für bis zu 8.

    Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Fernseher mit Zugang zu Ihrem Netflix- oder Hulu-Konto, um Filme anzusehen und Kabelkanäle zu genießen.

    Es gibt ein Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer. Die Zwillinge sind leicht in einen König umgewandelt werden, falls erforderlich. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und Dusche.

    Der Hof ist landschaftlich schön und umgeben von altem Baum. Dies gibt die Oase viel Privatsphäre. Sie werden durch das Tor gehen und wie zu Hause fühlen.

    Es ist eine kurze, Spaziergang zum East Cliff Drive und Treppen zu einem geschützten Strand und erstklassige Surfspot.

    Das Parken abseits der Straße in der Auffahrt bietet Platz für bis zu vier Autos.

This stay was the highlight of our family vacation! You truly can't beat the location. It is in walking distance from many coffee shops and cute stores, beach is down the street and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a quick drive! We loved the feel of the house, it is cozy and comfortable and fresh! The master bedroom doesn't have a tv up like the photo but my husband and I were out roaming the town so often we found we didn't even need it!The kitchen is beautiful, the hot tub was so well kept and clean along with the grill, the backyard was a wonderful gem- my sun pup couldn't get enoughThe host provided great instructions and also had wonderful recommendations in the welcome binder! Couldn't have had a better time

Nice Location

We stayed 3 nights, the location was great for getting to the Boulevard and Henry Cowell State Park. We walked to the beach and had fun exploring the area. Definitely would stay here again!

Beach town oasis

We loved our time at this property! We felt like we got to experience “living like locals” in this charming home on a great street- and within walking distance to all of our favorite Capitola sights, eats and shopping. Our family enjoyed spending time together in the beautiful yard and the lovely common areas. The hosts were amazing- communication was timely and they were so flexible and accommodating.

Lovely stay at the Oasis

We enjoyed our yearly stay at Pleasure Point Oasis. The house was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Great location, close to shops, restaurant and beaches. Short drive to Capitola and the Boardwalk. House is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing worry free time. We look forward to coming back next year.

Always a lovely stay at the Oasis

We stay at this property every year, and it never gets old. It is in a great location- close to the beach, shops, restaurants, short drive to Boardwalk and Capitola. The house is always very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager is seamless. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Wonderful Mother's Day Weekend

This property was perfect for our quick Mother's Day weekend getaway. It was exactly as described. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, corner market. Couple blocks from the beach. The yard was fully enclosed, perfect for our pup!Hot tub was an added bonus! We loved that the house was 1 level perfect for bringing our elder parent. A Real Gem

We had a wonderful week staying this Santa Cruz location. The home was well furnished, very clean with a beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been any better. It was a short 8 block walk to the beach and ten minute bike ride to downtown Capitola. Restaurants and coffee shops were right around the corner and Hwy 1 was just a couple of miles down the road. We enjoyed our visit so much we are trying to get a reservation for next year.

We stay at Pleasure Point Oasis every year. It is a lovely house with a spacious fenced in yard, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Great communication with the host. House is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, family games, beach toys and more. Set up with a Roku Tv to login to all your streaming apps to enjoy during your stay. We will be back next year!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this was a very nice family-friendly home. It was close to everything; the only issues were the noise from the construction next door which posed challenges for our baby taking daytime naps and a couple bug incidents. Otherwise, very clean; the split sleeping quarters worked perfectly for us. Weather was too cold at night to use the hot tub, but it appeared to be in working condition. Everything was fairly easy to use. Would stay here again.

One of the best!!!

Our family has been renting homes in the E. Cliff/Pleasure Point neighborhood for more than two decades and I have to say that the Pleasure Point Oasis is one of the best homes that we have stayed in! Short walking distance to be able to start each morning with a wonderful coffee (Cat & Cloud) and end each evening with delicious dessert (The Penny Ice Cream) - not to mention the twice daily Beach walks/playing with the Dogs. The fully fenced yard (which is beautifully landscaped) made us feel secluded from the outside world - like we were on our own private Oasis. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely Home and Garden

My wife and I came from Lodi to visit our son and grandkids for a week. Paradise Point Oasis is spacious enough for us to host a family gathering with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the table seats eight. we cooked out doors on the gas grill two nights. It’s an easy 4 block walk to the ocean. Restaurants and shopping are four blocks in the other direction.

Best vacation house in Pleasure Point

We love Pleasure Point Oasis! The house is spacious and comfortable. Always very clean upon arrival. Well stocked with everything you need. The new patio furniture is lovely! Also- the Roku setup is cool, you can login to your streaming apps and it will remove your info upon checkout. We have stayed at this house many times and plan to stay many more. Owners are responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Always a pleasure at the Oasis!

Perfect Location in Pleasure Point

The yard was beautiful, and our whole family loved the location. Walking distance to everything — especially loved being able to get to 41st Ave easily to the beach and Cat & Cloud cafe. At the moment there is construction next door that starts at 8am. Stops from noon - 1pm then resumes demo 1-5pm. We would go back. Quiet and spacious.

Wonderful house for two families

Our stay at the Pleasure Point Oasis was one of the best rental stays in a long time, the house was well maintained, easy to access and check-in and most importantly well stocked in kitchen, bath and bed essentials. The kids loved the availability of plenty of board games, outdoor toys and the nice backyard space. We appreciated the spacious rooms, clean kitchen and bath and the relaxing hot tub outside! The home was an easy walk away from the Pleasure point lookout area on Cliff Dr and a short drive away from wonderful beaches in the Santa Cruz area. One small hiccup with the water heater was also immediately resolved by the owners and didn't hamper our stay. Would definitely consider staying again here for future visits to the area!

The location was great walking distance to anything you might need. The only complaints I would have is the T.V in bedroom did not work. The T.V in living room had horrible sound. Bathroom also need better faucets.
